His website offers the usual bio and information around his book series Moonbear as well as other books from different genres. The website is also very kid friendly with many pictures from his books and a section just for kids that include, songs, YouTube Books, Animated Books, Kids Art Gallery, and Games. There is also resources for teachers with classroom ideas, recipes, school visits, eBooks||5-8||Children participate in a story about Bear trying to lose his shadow and notice how his shadow changes throughout the day as the Sun appears to move across the sky. They recreate scenes from the story using a Bear figure and a flashlight to represent the Sun and attempt a series of challenges that guide them in exploring how the position of the light affects the size, shape, and position of the shadow. designed as a 30-45-minute guided activity and can be adapted as activity involving families.|
