For this assignment, you are asked to prepare a reflection paper about one of the emergency medical services (EMS) management topics (Chapter 9: Managing Careers—Read the following section: • Improving Mentoring and Coaching Skills) we covered in this course. This is not a summary. The purpose of this assignment is to provide you with the opportunity to reflect on the material you have read and to expand on it.In covering the EMS management topic you choose, consider the prompts below as a guide for your reflection.
